Kazakhstan to Abandon US Broiler Imports, Boost Domestic Poultry Production

The Kazakh government has approved a plan to increase domestic poultry production by 200,000 tonnes through 2026 by expanding four major poultry producers. This move aims to put an end to the decade-long dependence on foreign poultry supplies, primarily from the United States.
