Taiwanese officials have confirmed that there are no records of local company Gold Apollo exporting pagers to Lebanon, following reports of explosions involving these devices.
The Ministry of Economic Affairs stated that Gold Apollo primarily exports its products to Europe and North America, and the pagers in question were manufactured by a Hungarian partner, BAC Consulting KFT. Gold Apollo emphasized that it was not involved in the design or production of the pagers linked to the incidents, which resulted in multiple casualties among Hezbollah members.
